La SIA è presente nel settore dell’aspirazione e depurazione aria da oltre 30 anni, proponendosi come società di progettazione, costruzione ed installazione di impianti per il trattamento delle emissioni delle lavorazioni tradizionali dell’industria meccanica.
SIA, con il suo staff altamente qualificato e specializzato, opera nei vari settori delle lavorazioni della lamiera e più precisamente:
- Saldatura: Per quanto riguarda le operazioni di saldatura SIA studia e progetta soluzioni adatte a soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i clienti. I nostri filtri mobili carrellati serie CAR-SMOG sono indicati per la filtrazione dei fumi di saldatura derivanti da lavorazioni occasionali e saltuarie. In caso di lavorazioni continuative SIA progetta e sviluppa impianti centralizzati con sistemi di filtrazione a celle metalliche serie ADP oppure con tasche in fibra di vetro della serie TCA. La captazione dei fumi e delle micro-polveri prodotte durante le operazioni di saldatura può essere effettuata per mezzo dei nostri bracci mobili serie AL oppure attraverso le nostre nuove pareti aspiranti.
- Smerigliatura: Siamo in grado di offrire svariate soluzioni per tutte le esigenze derivanti dalle operazioni di smerigliatura, quali la realizzazione di box e cabine fonoassorbenti oppure soluzioni modulari componibili attraverso l’utilizzo di pareti aspiranti fonoassorbenti. Le polveri derivanti da tale operazione sono efficacemente trattenute dai nostri depolveratori serie PNU, STS, TCA, SCC.
- Taglio termico: Grazie alla pluriennale esperienza in questo campo, SIA progetta e realizza impianti completi per l’aspirazione e la filtrazione delle polveri derivanti dalle operazioni di taglio termico. Qualora la macchina ne sia sprovvista, siamo in grado di fornire vasche modulari aspiranti dotate di micro e valvole pneumatiche per circoscrivere l’aspirazione solo nei settori interessati dal taglio della torcia. Grazie alle unità filtranti a cartucce della serie STS siamo in grado di ridurre la concentrazione delle polveri derivanti dalle attività di:
- Taglio laser;
- Ossitaglio;
- Taglio al plasma.
- Finitura metalli: SIA propone soluzioni tecnologiche all’avanguardia per la filtrazione degli scarti derivanti da lavorazioni di finitura dei metalli grazie all’ampia gamma di prodotti dedicati. La gamma di depolveratori a maniche e a cartucce della serie PNU e della serie STS permette la filtrazione di polveri di lavorazioni quali ad esempio sabbiatura, mentre i filtri a carboni attivi della serie ADP sono indicati per lavorazioni superficiali come il decapaggio, in presenza di solventi e agenti aggressivi. Altre lavorazioni alle quali può essere applicata la tecnologia di filtrazione SIA sono:
- Granigliatura;
- Fresatura;
- Limatura;
- Lucidatura.

8888The automatic optimizing saw SalvaPush_2000 is born from over twenty years of experience in wood optimizing saws.
The machine is the ideal solution to increase the yield of wood, to reduce the worked hours, facilitate staff activity, cut costs and increase profits. The operator has just to mark the quality of the wood and the presence of defects, the optimizing saw will do the rest. The machine cuts the best possible combination of measures, reducing waste to a minimum and improving productivity, all in total safety
Technical features:
– Numerical control system
The feeding system works with numerical control. The computer and the servo drive are connected via an EtherCAT connection.
– Electronic Servo Driver Motor
The electronic brushless Servo Driver motor guarantees maximum precision reducing power problems.
– Functional working plan
Special 25 degrees inclined plane to help the loading and keep the work piece squared without increasing the working height.
– Solid and reliable carriage
Very robust carriage of the pusher unit: it must be solid and reliable. Dimensions are about mm. 300x345x25.
– Laser photocell
The reading system is composed by a laser photocell that recognizes the presence of the board and a luminescence reader for the fluorescent marks.
– Transmission system
The special system with toothed belt width 50 mm. 33 strips of hard steel inside of high precision allows to not suffering dust and service problems.
– The cutting Group
The SalvaPush_2000 structure is made of hard steel to guarantee reliability and long life. The cutting unit has an inclined plane of 25 degrees as all the feeding area. In our optimizing saw Salvapush_2000 the smart pressing hood, after the first cut, adapts automatically to the thickness of the board. The machine is completed with two electro-pneumatic sidealignment devices, both inside the machine unit, one before and one after the blade.
– Operational electronic Management System SALVA-OPTIM
SALVA-OPTIM Software the ease of use and graphics reflect the main systems of smart electronics. Some sections of the program are dedicated to statistics and cutting results, with updates in real time, diagnostics and video messages. The software allows to have the complete management up to 5 cutting qualities.
The 12″ touch screen of high resistance is positioned to facilitate the reading and the digitation of the data and included a USB connection and a ready to use Tele-service Software via Internet.
